Cynthias Ark uses a SSL encrypted server. This means that your order details (such as your credit card number) are encrypted while being transferred from your browser to our web server. We use the same secure procedure to retrieve your orders from our web server. This simply means, all of your personal details will remain safe and sound at all times.

When transacting via our secure server, your credit card and personal details are encrypted using the latest industry standard 128 bit encryption technology before being sent over the internet.

Ordering through the Internet is a relatively safe procedure. For example, it is just as save as giving your credit card details to a waiter in a restaurant.

Payments

We find many people like to send a cheque, money order or direct deposit into our bank account. A direct deposit is a quick and easy thing to do and may be done via on-line banking or over the counter in your bank. As soon as funds are seen on our account the goods will be shipped. Please always use the order number as a reference when using direct deposit. The order number will be on the confirmation e-mail along with our bank details if you chose "Direct Deposit" as your payment method. Yuu may also use Mastercard or Visa via our secure payment system or PayPal.

If when you receive your order you have a query about it please email us straight away. Any queries you have must be made within 2 days of receiving the goods.
